A key road within Whiteley linking the business park and commercial areas on the eastern side of the development. Solent Way provides access to the Solent Business Park and loops through the commercial district, connecting office buildings, the Solent Hotel and car parks. The road is well maintained and landscaped, reflecting its role as the front door to the business park. Traffic is heaviest during weekday mornings and evenings when office workers arrive and leave. At weekends, the road is much quieter as the business park is largely closed.
